RETURNS REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

We, at ARTE-ALTER make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Items purchased from our website are returnable only if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged, or defective. Notice of any defective or damaged product so received shall be communicated to ARTE-ALTER within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.

  • Items are returnable if you have received the item in a condition that is physically damaged or defective.
  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at …………………………mentioning your Order ID.
  • We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
  • ITEMS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL TAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED - Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
  • We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped, missing items OR DEFECTS. The amount will be refunded via ACCOUNT TRANSFER within one week of initiation.
  • REFUND WILL ONLY BE DONE IF IN CASE THERE IS A MISTAKE FROM OUR OR COURIER COMPANY’S SIDE.
  • You will have to inform us within 24 - 48 hours
  • In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (more than 30 days), there would be NO refund made. Only a credit note for the product would be given
  • Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product received
  • We at Arte-Alter diligently take care of every single piece of product and pass it through stringent quality checks.Unevenness in colour& texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.
  • Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a Store Credit / Credit Note valid for three months. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEE OUR SIZE CHART BEFORE YOU PLACE AND CONFIRM YOUR ORDER.

  • All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at ……………………………………. within 48 hours of receiving the order,by sending an image taken immediately after receiving the product with the garment tags intact.
  • In case of either damaged product return or size exchange, please write to ………………………………………. with subject: RETURNS.
  • Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.
  • The ARTE ALTER team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
  • REFUND WILL ONLY BE DONE IF IN CASE THERE IS A MISTAKE FROM OUR OR COURIER COMPANY’S SIDE.
  • Notwithstanding the above, ARTE-ALTER holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

Exchange Policy:

  1. In case you desire to exchange the product, Youmust notify the same by email …..within 48 hours of receiving the productand then ship the product back to us within aweeks time.
  2. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
  3. Upon receipt of the product in clean and unused condition intact with the original product and price tags, we shall ship the replacement product to you within 4-5 working days.
  4. Pick- up of the product intact with the original price and product tags and packaging will be arranged from your door step. The date and time of pick up shall be intimated to you. In case you wish to change the date and / or time please email promptly to the …………………….about the convenient date and time. Please make yourself available at the date and time the product shall be picked up.
  5. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  6. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  7. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If you have to cancel your order, please write to us at…………. within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. Cancellation requests after the product is shipped would not be entertained. OR
  3. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
  4. If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement : In case there are defects found in the product, you can return it to us and the shipping charges including the reverse shipping charges will be borne by us .We may request you to send us a snapshot of the defect at ……………………………….
  5. If you do not like the product, do let us know within 24-48 hours once delivered. Reverse pick up will done from your doorstep.
  6. In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 15 days) we would be only able to give you a credit note and no refund would be made.

International Orders:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an international order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. Cancellation requests after the product is shipped would not be entertained.
  3. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  4. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 15 days . The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer

  6. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable
  7. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at…………….with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product
  8. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
